With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,people have been continuously exploring the aspects of aerospace,automobile manufacturing,and biomedicine,etc.All kinds of difficult materials,complicated structures,and different types of shapes are constantly emerging.The electrolytic machining method has become one of the main processing methods for machining these difficult cutting materials,complex cavity and type surface components.The mechanism of electrolytic machining was still in deep research,and the precision of electrochemical machining still needs to be improved.Electrochemical machining is a process of removing materials without contact with the workpiece,and the gap of machining area is the focus of the research in the whole process of electrochemical machining,the machining gap was in multiple physical field under the influence of comprehensive,including electric field,flow field and magnetic field coupling influence each other,according to research on the laws of the machining gap flow field characteristics,will help to improve the theory of electrochemical machining molding and machining accuracy.In view of that analysis and research of the gap flow field in the profiled space of the vane cascade channel,a composite infeed electrolytic machining machine tool test bench was set up,and the geometrical model of the flow field of the complex cavity was established by three-dimensional software,in combination with the electrolytic machining fixture and cathode shape,the convection field model is improved and optimized,and the measures to improve the stability of the electrolytic machining flow field and the quality of the workpiece surface were obtained,and the design goal of optimizing the flow field of the stable electrolytic process and the high precision manufacturing was presented.Combined with CFD software such as Fluent,the effective static characteristic analysis was carried out based on the flow field model before and after the improvement,which provided some theoretical support for the fixture and cathode design.By using the Fluent dynamic grid technology,the dynamic characteristics of the flow field model were analyzed,and the internal flow field characteristics in the electrochemical machining were simulated with the nearest real condition.The improvement of the fixture and cathode was verified and analyzed,and the improved fixture and cathode structure was more reasonable and feasible.The analysis and verification of the flow field showed that the characteristics of the internal flow field in the process of electrolysis were demonstrated by using the dynamic grid technology,and the flow field of the flow field was added to improve the flow velocity of the electrolytic processing area and improve the machining accuracy and efficiency.
