Water pollution is one of major problem facing the world today,and the infiltration of filtration membrane is an effective way of sewage treatment.In this paper,based on the background of the preparation of new type high efficiency filtration membrane,by using layer by layer self-assembly technology,nano mineral lamellars are chosen to prepare a new type of filtration membrane with micro/nano electric field environment,and the micro/nano electric field influence on permeability of charged dye molecules are explored in detail.The primary results are as follows:(1)A series of new GO/ZnAl-LDH films are successfully constructed with nanolamellars of graphene oxide,zinc aluminum hydrotalcite through layer by layer self-assembly technology firstly.Then their orderliness are verified by UV-visible absorption spectrum.Based on the permeability experiments,it is found that with increasing layer thickness,the membrane penetrating time of charged dye molecules is greatly increased.And as the existence of the micro/nano electric field,the penetrating time of dye molecules through filtration membrane is significant increased.As a result,the blocking effect of BNMA for GO/ZnAl LDH film is better than that for GO/PVA membrane and the blocking effect of BSB for ZnAl-LDH/GO thin film is better than that for LDH/PVA membrane whose penetrating time increased nearly 1 time.(2)A series of new MMT/ZnAl-LDH films are successfully constructed with nano lamellars of zinc aluminum hydrotalcite and montmorillonit through layer by layer self-assembly technology.Then their orderliness are verified by UV-visible absorption spectrum.Based on the permeability experiments,it is found that with increasing layer thickness,the membrane penetrating time of charged dye molecules is greatly increased either.And the penetrating time of dye molecules through filtration membrane is significant increased as the existence of the micro/nano electric field.The blocking effect of BNMA for MMT/ZnAl-LDH films is better than that for MMT/PVA and ZnAl-LDH/PVA membrane materials,and the blocking effect of BSB for ZnAl-LDH/MMT thin film is better than that for ZnAl-LDH/PVA and MMT/PVA membranes whose penetrating time increased nearly 1 time.(3)In this paper,the BNMA and BSB dye molecules have contrary electricity,when penetrating through different types of films with micro/nano electric field,the penetrating time are all significantly increased,this discovery is found to be universal.Therefore,this discovery must has significant practical influence on the development of new type water treatment filtration membrane.
