At present,there are more industrial projects has launched in China's metallurgical industry,a large part of these projects have adopted EPC this advanced management model,but also brought certain risks.Some EPC general contractors lack of professional technology and management capabilities,coupled with inadequate risk awareness and management,it is extremely easy to produce risk incidents,resulting in difficulties in the construction of the project.Risk controlling theory holds that risk may cause damage to human production and life and must be controlled in advance.Risk control should be guided by scientific theory,formulate a comprehensive risk control plan,adopt scientific controlling technology,and carry out risk management according to a reasonable process.In order to expand the reproduction,Shandong Metallurgical Group Ductile Iron Pipe Company has decided to build a relocation project of Shandong Ductile Iron Pipe Company,relocating some production bases to the mining circular economy industrial park of Lanling County,Linyi City.The EPC general contracting management of the relocation project of Shandong Ductile Iron Pipe Company includes design,equipment procurement,construction,installation and commissioning,thermal load test,commissioning,completion of functional assessment,personnel training,technical services until the completion of acceptance,and defect repair,during the quality assurance period,the whole process management of engineering quality assurance.There are many management contents and complicated procedures,which make the relocation project EPC general contract management of Shandong ductile iron pipe company have more risks.In the study,the risk control of EPC general contracting management in the relocation project of Shandong Ductile Iron Pipe Company was taken as the research object,According to the risk control process,using WBS and flow chart analysis method to identify risks,11 risks of EPC general contracting management of relocation project of Shandong Ductile Iron Pipe Company were determined;risk matrix diagram method was used to evaluate risks,and serious risks,general risks and minor risks were determined,On this basis,risk disposal methods are formulated and risk disposal measures are implemented.In the process of risk control,risk monitoring is carried out to ensure that the state of risk is grasped at any time,and the risk of EPC general contracting management of metallurgical engineering projects is effectively controlled.
