Our country for large engineering project risk and quality management of long-standing,with the development of the engineering industry,a series of laws and regulations and industry standards promulgated,these documents have important significance for the implementation of the guidance of the large projects,it is with the guidance of these documents,China has made significant achievements in the development of large project risk and quality management.This thesis takes the advanced network technology and management theory as the basis for a set of large metallurgical engineering project risk analysis system of perfect research for the whole construction area of the personnel and equipment of risk anticipation,evaluation,analysis,adapt to the development of safe production in metallurgy industry.The main contents are as follows:(1)through the risk identification of the project,based on the overall metallurgical construction phase of the project to control,analysis of each part of the execution of risk with accurate professional factors,and then according to the factor analysis results of each aspect of the scientific results to make a reasonable assessment of the value of the project construction,metallurgy the special environment of the establishment of a more comprehensive,clear regulations,context to understand the problem work region exploration and deep analysis.(2)by the analysis of specific cases of 4350m3 blast furnace project construction,emergency events with large project implementation stage,from the aspect of risk management make corresponding emergency plans,the number of personnel within the construction area and the distribution of various types of personnel summarize a system,formulate the corresponding database to ensure accurate search at any time to every one of the construction workers and construction equipment,advance work refinement and arrangements to summed up the trajectory of personnel daily.(3)in Ha Tin4350m3 project risk assessment of Formosa blast furnace implementation mechanism and the solving process can be found all the risk according to the weight values were B2-B4-B1-B5-B3-B6,namely real organizationrisk management risk construction method engineering construction preparation risk management risk target project construction plan risk a project completion and acceptance of risk.So,in the construction of risk control should be according to the risk level of priority to deal with.According to the value criterion of membership degree,it can be concluded that the risk of construction process of the main body of the construction of large project belongs to high risk.
