For military electronics,energy storage welding is a special process that is irreplaceable in discrete devices,heterosexual packaging,high-power hybrid integrated circuits,and high-strength packaging.Products are widely used in aerospace,deep-sea,satellites,and other advanced defense areas.The characteristic of energy storage welding process is that products often have excesses.Especially in the sealing process of large-size metal shells,the welding energy is not easy to control,often distributed unevenly,and PIND test fails frequently.At the same time,there is certain correlation between PIND and air tightness and the internal atmosphere of the chamber,which increases the complexity of the problem.This topic is to control the penetration rate of PIND,ensure airtightness,improve internal atmosphere,optimize existing packaging technology,reduce product failure rate,and improve product reliability.Combining with failure analysis,study the process of energy storage welding seals,analyze the sources and causes of particulate matter,and study methods for improving the reliability of capping quality.The PIND pass rate was increased from controlling the particles before sealing,controlling the formation of metal particles,optimizing the shell and shell structure,and optimizing the sealing process parameters.At the same time,ensure product tightness and internal atmosphere meet national military standard requirements.The experiment shows that through the research of this subject,the pass rate of the product PIND reaches over 90%,and the air tightness?5×10-3Pa.cm3/s,and moisture testing?3000ppm,meet the GJB548B requirements?...
