With the extension of oilfield production time,the continuous adjustment and implementation of development plans,due to the evolving geological,development and other management conditions,the casing condition of oil and water wells is gradually worsening or even damaged.Oil and water well casing damage is a common problem in oil fields.A large number of casing damage wells not only cause economic losses,casualties,disruption of production and deployment,but also bring blindness to macro decision-making.It is becoming more and more urgent to study the division of dangerous areas in damaged wells.If it is possible to know which areas are dangerous and prevent them before the occurrence of casing damage,the number of casing damage wells can be effectively reduced to ensure smooth production.At present,most oilfields have undergone long-term water injection development,and the distribution of underground oil and water has undergone great changes.There are many areas in the macroscopic area where the wells are concentrated.On the microscopic level,due to the lack of mining,the injection is greater than the mining,the injection is more than the mining,Factors such as non-oil layer immersion and partial water intrusion cause high pressure anomalies.During the drilling process,these sets of damaged wells have experienced various major accidents,such as blowout,scrapping,lost circulation,wellbore,oil and gas immersion,and solidification outside the pipe.During the development process,due to the integration of casing damage If the treatment is not timely,the scope of damage will be expanded,and many accidents and development accidents,such as oil pipe spouting,bottom hole sanding,casing deformation,casing breaking,casing oiling,etc.,have occurred.The emergence of these problems directly caused major losses in the property of oil and gas fields,and even endangered personal safety and the surrounding environment,seriously affecting the overall development effect and economic benefits of the oilfield,and even brought adverse social impacts to oil and gas field enterprises.This paper analyzes the geological factors,development factors and engineering factors of the oilfield one by one,and analyzes the three aspects of optimal single index,index correlation analysis and index comprehensive evaluation.The grey correlation analysis method is used to determine the main control factors for the casing damage well.The quantitative relationship formed,geological factors include mud shale layer thickness,stratigraphic dip angle,fault development,shallow gas layer,development factors including formation pressure,pressure injection,inter-block pressure difference,injection-production ratio,annual water injection and liquid production The magnitude of the change.On the basis of theoretical research,the gray relational analysis algorithm is established in Matlab.The main function is to read the data from Excel1 table,calculate the gray correlation degree,generate the weight of each index,and analyze the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model of the damage well,and in the A oilfield.The hazardous area is divided into one block,which provides certain support for the daily treatment and maintenance of the casing damage well in the oilfield.It reduces the risk of oilfield development and production,reduces the daily maintenance cost of oil and water wells,and reduces the accidents.happened.
