Water soluble conjugated polymers are a class of polymer compounds with large conjugated electronic structure and hydrophilic side chains.It not only retains the advantages of high fluorescence quantum yield,high fluorescence stability and hyperquenching effect of conjugated polymers,but also ensures the solubility of conjugated polymers in a variety of solvents and can play a role in a wide range of fields.Because of these advantages,water-soluble conjugated polymers have great application potential in the detection of water-soluble detects.On this basis,we have designed and synthesized a novel graft conjugated polymer with polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether 2000 as hydrophilic side chain and poly?1,4-phenyleneethynylene??PPEs?as main chain:poly(2,5-bis?Polyethylene glycol oxybutyrate?-1,4-phenylethynylene-alt-1,4-phenyleneethynylene?PPE-PEG?and studied its applications in aristolochic acid detection,gold ion detection and gold recovery.In chapter 1,the conjugated polymers are summarized,including their classification,sensing mechanism and applications in various fields.In chapter 2,the detailed synthesis process of water-soluble conjugated polymer PPE-PEG is introduced and every product are characterized by infrared spectrometer,mass spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer.In chapter 3,the response of PPE-PEG to aristolochic acid was studied.The optimal experimental conditions were determined by optimizing the test conditions.Under the optimum experimental conditions,the linear range of PPE-PEG for the detection of aristolochic acid was obtained in the range of 1.00×10-1–8.00×101?mol L-1.Detection limit was 3.00×10-2?mol L-1.Finally,the content of aristolochic acid in Chinese traditional medicine was determined and satisfactory results were obtained.In chapter 4,the specific response of PPE-PEG to gold ions is studied,and the detection and binding mechanism of PPE-PEG and gold ions are explored using infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The experimental conditions were optimized and PPE-PEG was titrated with gold ions.The linear range of PPE-PEG for the detection of gold ions was 4.00×10-3-1.50?mol L-1.The detection limit was 1.32×10-3?mol L-1.Then we applied the sensor to the detection of gold ion in electronic waste.Finally,based on the binding mechanism of PPE-PEG and gold ions,we have carried out the practical application of selective extraction of gold ion from electronic waste solution to chloroform and obtained satisfactory results,which proves the feasibility of this method.
