With the increase of electromagnetic pollution in daily life and the application demands of stealth technology in military affairs.It is of great significance to study broadband,lightweight and efficient electromagnetic wave absorbing materials.In the current environment,a single type of the absorbing mechanism can not satisfy the enhancement of electromagnetic wave absorption performance.Therefore,how to establish the synergistic absorbing mechanism and form the composite structurals are the development thought of electromagnetic wave absorbing materials.Combin the magnetic material with the semiconductor materials to prepare the structure and realized multiple cooperative wave absorption mechanisms.Thus adjusting the impedance matching and improving its absorbing performance of the material,so that we can make absorbing material awidely used.Magnetic metal materials Fe and Co and semiconductor material ZnO were selected as the research object.First of all,making a preparation of single material Co microspheres and exploring an adaptation ratio between the material Fe and Co by mechanical mixing.The results indicate that when the mass ratio is Fe:Co=1:1,the frequency band of the material absorbing is mainly concentrated in 8.8-18 GHz;and when the thickness of the absorbing coating is 2.4 mm and the frequency is 10.7 GHz,the lowest reflection loss value can be obtained.The reflection loss value is-32.02 dB.Then,ZnO tablets was prepared and mechanically mixed with the FeCo mixture to investigate the effect of the addition of the semiconductor materials on the absorbing properties of the mixture.The FeCo alloy solid solution with uniform morphology was prepared by hydrothermal reduction and compare it to its mixture,so that we can explore the effect of interface mode on its absorbing properties.On this basis,the FeCo/ZnO composite was successfully prepared by the template method.When the thickness of the absorbing coating is 1.9 mm and the frequency is 9.8 GHz,the lowest reflection loss value can be obtained-53.81 dB,and when RL?-10 dB,its effective absorption width is 3.8 GHz.Compared with the results of previous studies,we find it that the FeCo/ZnO composite exhibits excellent absorbing ability.It is related to the structure of the material.The introduction of ZnO rods has brought additional loss mechanism and adjusted the complex dielectric constant of the composite material and we have achieved the purpose of improving impedance matching.Through the atherosclerosis of these affects.It greatly improved the absorbency of the material.
