A large organosilicon monomer with high refractive properties is formed by chemical reactions such as open-loop polymerization and silicon hydrogen addition reaction.The monomer TRIS,DMA,etc.commonly used in the contact lens with the cornea were copolymerized by heat curing to produce a high-refractive silica hydrogel material.After synthesizing allyl carbazole,organosilicon macromolecules with silicon hydrogen bonds are synthesized by ring-opening polymerization,and the carbazole molecules are introduced into the side chains of organosilicon macromolecules through Silicon hydrogen addition.Then a large organosilicon monomer with high refractive properties was prepared by introducing active methacrylate groups.Thermal curing of hydrophilic and hydrophobic monomers commonly used with corneal contact lenses resulted in the preparation of corneal contact mirror materials with high refractive properties.Hydrogen-containing siloxane was prepared by ring-opening polymerization of tetramethyltetrahydrocyclotetrasiloxane and octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane,and the stability of siloxane was improved by using trifluoromethanesulfonic acid as a catalyst for this reaction.Chloroplatinic acid,which has a high catalytic effect on the silicon hydrogen reaction,was chosen as a catalyst,and the catalytic efficiency was improved by the removal of water in the system by pressurized distillation,and the reaction 24 h was completely controlled at a temperature of 80 °C.Under the premise of ensuring the transparency of silica hydrogel,carbazole is introduced into the silica hydrogel side chain to increase the refractive index.Finally,the interaction between silica hydrogel material and corneal epithelium was studied by using the original rabbit corneal epithelial cells.In this paper,the amount of hydrophilic monomer DMA in the polymerization system is a certain amount,and the proportion of hydrophobic monomer TRS and PDMS is adjusted.The silica hydrogel material with high water content and high refractive index is prepared.The rabbit eye is similar to the human eye in structure.By wearing a high-refraction silica hydrogel contact lens in the rabbit eye,the irritation of the contact lens material to the rabbit eye is assessed,and the safety basis is provided for the clinical trial of high-refraction silica hydrogel material.
