With the rapid development of the world economy,the consumption of fossil energy such as oil and natural gas is also increasing year by year.As an effective measure to increase the production of oil and natural gas,hydraulic fracturing technology has become one of the key technologies to solve the energy shortage problem.The important influence of hydraulic fracturing technology is the choice of proppant.The pros and cons of the performance of proppant will directly affect the production of oil and natural gas and the service life of oil and gas wells.In recent years,research on high-strength ceramsite proppants has been limited to high-quality bauxite as raw materials,and its reserves have been decreasing with the increase in the amount of high-quality bauxite.Therefore,this paper systematically studies the research status and main problems of high-strength ceramic fracturing proppants at home and abroad,and focuses on the reduction of high-quality bauxite resource reserves,using coke geological tailings and coal gangue as raw materials to study and prepare high-strength pottery.The process of particle proppant is to obtain the influence of the amount of coke tailings and coal gangue added and the sintering temperature on the properties of the ceramsite proppant,the crystal phase composition and the microstructure.The low-grade bauxite and waste alumina adsorbent are also selected.Raw materials,research and preparation of high-strength ceramsite proppant,the effect of low-grade bauxite and waste alumina adsorbent and sintering temperature on ceramsite proppant performance,crystal phase composition and microstructure;The phenomenon of increasing the discharge of waste ceramic roller scraps was studied.The process of preparing high-strength ceramsite proppant by solid waste ceramic roller scrap was studied.The performance of sinter proppant,such as sintering system and ceramic stick waste,was obtained.The composition of the crystal phase and the influence of the microstructure;the low-density and high-strength ceramsite proppant was prepared by using red mud and fly ash as raw materials.The effect of red mud,fly ash dosage,firing process,firing time and holding time on the properties,crystal phase composition and microstructure of ceramsite proppant;and preparation of crystal phase and microstructure by XRD and SEM After the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)When the proppant is prepared by using the waste alumina adsorbent as the main raw material,the optimum firing temperature is 1520°C and the holding time is 3h.The prepared sample had an acid solubility of 3.5%;a closed pressure breaking rate of 69 MPa 0.6%,86 MPa 2.6%,and 100 MPa 4.0%.All the performances have met the requirements of the industry standard,the strength and acid resistance are better than the domestic similar products,and solve the problem that the accumulation of alumina waste is difficult to handle,so that the discarded resources can be reused,saving the cost of the product and improving Environment(2)When the ceramic pellet proppant is used as the main raw material to prepare the ceramsite proppant,the optimum firing temperature is 1430°C,and the optimum holding time is 3 h.The bulk density is the breaking rate of the proppant when the closing pressure is MPa,the breaking rate of the proppant when the closing pressure is,and the acid solubility is 10 K in the national standard SY/T5108-2014 and the international standard ISO13503-2.Level requirements.(3)When the red mud and fly ash are used as the main raw materials,the ceramsite fracturing proppant prepared by adding an appropriate amount of roller bar waste has the advantages of low density and high strength.The test results showed that the apparent density of the proppant was 1.54 g/cm~3,the acid solubility was 2.4%,and the closed pressure breaking rate was 52 MPa 1.6%.
