With the rapid development of China's industrialization,there are also many problems in the production process of industrialized factories.For example,the leakage of harmful gases such as NO2 and CO will directly affect the safety of production personnel.This requires effective gas monitoring in our factory to ensure safe production in the chemical industry.The traditional monitoring methods of chemical plants often use personnel monitoring.The inspection personnel are required to enter the gas leakage area,and the life safety of the monitoring personnel cannot be guaranteed.There are also monitoring methods such as gas inspection machine vehicles and video surveillance;Due to factors such as high cost and low gas identification,the above monitoring methods have been limited and the ideal gas monitoring effect has not been achieved.In this paper,a cloud-based toxic and harmful gas monitoring system is designed for the above problems.The whole system includes gas sensor,Wi-Fi communication module,cloud platform,alarm device,exhaust device and remote terminal.The gas sensor and the ESP-8266 communication module form a gas monitoring node,which is fixedly arranged in the monitored area.The gas sensor collects gas information and uploads the OneNET cloud platform through the ESP-8266 communication module,thus eliminating the need for the inspection personnel to enter the gas leakage area.In this way,it can adapt to various environments of the factory,with high monitoring efficiency,few failures,and the cost is much lower than that of the inspection machine.As a free IoT cloud platform,OneNET cloud platform has data storage and data forwarding functions.At the same time,OneNET cloud platform can access multiple devices and bind multiple data streams to the device.This design uses ESP-8266communication module to connect.OneNET cloud platform,ESP-8266 module packs the obtained data information to the cloud platform through HTTP protocol,OneNET cloud platform accepts the data to be stored and forwarded;in the cloud platform application settings,the related data interface can be established,and the monitoring can be viewed.The specific data and data trends of gas information enable remote monitoring of the system.At the same time,the system is also designed to add alarm devices and exhaust devices to provide timely alarm and exhaust treatment for gas leakage;it is superior to traditional single gas monitoring technology.Finally,through the test,the system can carry out remote,remote monitoring and intelligent control of toxic and harmful gases in the monitored environment.The device is simple,convenient and has real-time performance.
