Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Collaborative Innovation Of Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance

With the development of economic globalization,an important change has taken place in the innovation environment.Openness has become the label of innovation,and cooperation has become the basis of innovation.Multi-faceted,high-frequency collaborative innovation emphasizes the synergy of innovation processes among subjects.As an organizational form of collaborative innovation,industrial technological innovation strategic alliance plays an important strategic role under the pressure of complex and changeable external innovation.In order to encourage the cooperation participants to actively participate in the industry alliance collaborative innovation,a dynamic and flexible incentive mechanism is needed to strengthen the willingness of alliance members to participate in collaborative innovation,thereby improving the performance of alliance collaborative innovation.Therefore,according to the different needs of the members of the alliance and the law of collaborative innovation process,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to systematically construct the internal and external incentive mechanisms of alliance collaborative innovation.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the connotation and characteristics of collaborative innovation of industrial alliances,this paper reveals the evolution process and law of collaborative innovation of industrial alliances,uses the grounded theory to identify the key incentive elements of industrial alliance collaborative innovation and their mutual relations,and constructs structu ral equation models,measuring the impact of key incentive elements on alliance collaborative innovation performance,and proposes the basic framework of internal and external incentive mechanisms.Secondly,starting from the motivation,behavior and results of the alliance members' participation in collaborative innovation,the key internal incentive mechanism for collaborative innovation of alliances such as target incentives,cooperation and sharing,and benefit distribution is emphasized.Thirdly,from the perspective of the role of external factors of alliance,the external incentive mechanism of alliance collaborative innovation,such as supply promotion,demand pull and environmental protection,is designed.Finally,with the incentives of Heilongjiang Province's graphite industry technology innovation strategic alliance as the empirical research object,Combining with the current situation of the development of collaborative innovation in Heilongjiang graphite industry alliance,the internal and external incentive mechanism of collaborative innovation in Heilongjiang graphite industry alliance is designed,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of collaborative innovation in Heilongjiang graphite industry alliance.This project puts forward a set of incentive mechanism and management method for synergetic innovation of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance,which provides theoretical and methodological guidance for improving the level of synergetic innovation management and innovation performance of the alliance,and also provides decision-making reference for government departments to establish and improve incentive measures and policy system for synergetic innovation of the alliance.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to promote the innovation and development of China's strategic alliance for industrial technological innovation and to improve the innovation ability and international competitiveness of strategic emerging industries.
