Titanium dioxide?TiO2?is the basic material of national economy because of its low cost, stable chemical properties and non-toxic,etc.In order to expand the application field of TiO2,physical and chemical methods are usually used to modify TiO2,among which the preparation of TiO2 composites with good electrical conductivity is one of the research hotspots. The research of TiO2conductive powder at home and abroad is very important, and the industrialization has been gradually realized. The TiO2 composites which have a wide development prospect can be used in the conductive field such as conductive coatings, conductive ink, automobile primer, and cables, etc. At present, the commercial TiO2 conductive powders are mainly based on the TiO2/ATO?antimony-doped tin dioxide?to composite materials, but a large amount of waste acid and alkali can be generated during the preparation process, which has a great impact on the environment, and the recovery cost is too high. Therefore, the development of TiO2composites with high-conductivity,low-cost and green environmental protection will be an important mean to solve the problem.Graphene?G?,due to its excellent conductive properties,non-toxic and harmless which plays an important role in the field of conductive materials. Therefore, titanium dioxide/graphene?TiO2/G?composite conductive materials prepared by using graphene to improve the conductivity of TiO2 will have important research significance and market prospects. The TiO2/G composites were prepared by three methods in the study. The structure and morphology of the composites were characterized by FTIR,XRD,SEM,etc. The relationship between the morphology, structure and conductivity of the composites was studied. In addition, the composite conductive mechanisms of the composites were discussed. The details are as follows:1)The TiO2/G composite was prepared by electrostatic assembly assisted by surfactants. The use of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide?CTAB?can enhance the electrostatic bond between TiO2 and graphene, and improve the dispersibility of the composite in water, thereby obtaining a highly conductive TiO2/G composite. When the G content is 7%?mass fraction?,the resistivity of TiO2/G composites is2.4??cm,which can be maintained uniformly in water for 24 h.2)The spherical TiO2/G composites were prepared by hydrothermal method could solve the problem of unstable coupling of TiO2 and graphene. When the graphene content is 5%?mass fraction?,the resistivity of the composite is 13.460??cm.3)The needle-like TiO2/G composites prepared by hydrothermal method is improved in electrical conductivity and composite stability. The needle-like morphology indirectly increases the contact area between TiO2 and graphene, which enhances the electrical conductivity of the composite. The presence of CTAB enhances the composite stability of the composite in water. When the content of G is 7%?mass fraction?,the resistivity of TiO2/G composite is reach to0.166??cm,and it can be uniformly stabilized in water for 24 h.The TiO2/G composites prepared in the experiment show excellent conductivity and solve the problem of unstable bonding of the composites. This study provides technical support for the preparation and application of TiO2 matrix composites, which has important research significance.
