Metal organic frameworks?MOFs?have become one of the fastest growing fields in the field of materials science due to their structural complexity and diversity.In this paper,a simple chiral MOFs material with special functions was designed and prepared by simple chemical method.The MOFs derivative materials were prepared as precursors,combined with scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,X-ray powder diffraction?XRD?,X.Morphological and structural analysis was carried out by means of photoelectron spectroscopy?XPS?and Raman spectroscopy?Raman?.Assembled into a button-type symmetric supercapacitor to study its electrochemical performance.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:?1?A pure chiral coordination polymer based on dibenzoyl tartaric acid ligand,Cd-MOF,was synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method.Carbonized at different temperatures to obtain two kinds of nanoporous carbon materials?NPCs?,a series of characterization of the materials,study the morphology and structural composition of the derivative materials,and assembled them as electrode materials into supercapacitors for electrochemical test.Electrochemical tests show that the NPCs obtained at higher temperatures have a high specific surface area of 1025 m2g-1,and the specific capacitance is 257.2 F g-1 when the current density is 0.25 A g-1.?2?A pure chiral coordination polymer based on histidine ligands,namely Zn-MOF,was synthesized by hydrothermal method.The two crystals were carried out at 700°C and 800°C.Carbonization,through a series of characterization,the derivative materials were ZnO coated carbon nanorods and ZnO nanotubes loaded with carbon quantum dots,and the two derivative materials were assembled into supercapacitors as electrode materials for electrochemical testing.The test showed that ZnO nanotubes loaded with carbon quantum dots materials were used.The electrochemical performance was better,and the capacity retention was 91.02%after 3000 cycles of charge and discharge cycles.?3?A pure chiral coordination polymer based on L-tryptophan ligand,Co-MOF,was synthesized by hydrothermal method.Two kinds of new carbon materials were prepared by one-step sintering at 700°C and 800°C,and characterized by SEM,XRD,XPS and Raman.They were assembled into supercapacitors as electrode materials for electrochemical testing.The test results show that the carbon material obtained at 800°C is more excellent in electrochemical performance,and the capacity retention is 87.2%after 3000cycles of charge and discharge cycles.
