In recent years,relying on the "water project",China has developed a large number of urban non-point source pollution control technologies and built many demonstration projects of non-point source pollution control in different cities or regions,accumulating rich technical and practical experience.However,at the present stage,the control of urban non-point source pollution in China still lacks basic data,the relevant technologies that have been produced have not been standardized,the performance evaluation of the completed demonstration projects has not been carried out,and the guidance of non-point source pollution control in key river basins needs to be carried out urgently.On the basis of the relevant technical achievements of the "11th five-year plan" and "12th five-year plan" special water projects,the list of urban non-point source pollution control technology systems is sorted out and constructed.According to the application scope,design parameters,operation status,implementation effect,product output,demonstration project and other key information of the technology,we have formed a series of technology business CARDS,product business CARDS and demonstration project business CARDS matching the list.The evaluation index system of non-point soxurce pollution control engineering includes three criterion layers of economic benefit,ecological and environmental benefit,engineering sustainability and 10 indicators.The weight of each evaluation index was determined by entropy weight method,and the advantages and disadvantages of the demonstration project were ranked by TOPSIS method,so as to evaluate the performance level of non-point source pollution control engineering.Three representative demonstration projects with high data integrity were selected from the formed technical list,and entropy weight method and TOPSIS method were used to conduct comprehensive performance evaluation of the three demonstration projects.The evaluation results show that the ecological and environmental benefits of source reduction technology represented by the comprehensive demonstration project of non-point source pollution control in Wuxi new urban area are relatively high,but there are still some problems such as no technical specifications and insufficient long-term maintenance of the project.The stormwater pollution regulation and storage technology represented by the initial rainwater pollution regulation and storage project in the old urban area of Hefei city has the characteristics of mature technical standards and relatively simple project maintenance.In Chongqing city non-point source pollution control and load cutting engineering of artificial wetland technology the highest comprehensive benefits,have main non-point source pollutants removal rate is high,stable running,wetland technical specification and engineering sustainable high characteristic,but the economic benefits of the demonstration project,and reflects the wetland the less input costs but larger economic returns,etc.Finally,on the basis of the above technology integration and demonstration project evaluation,according to the different characteristics of taihu lake basin old city,built area.under construction/planning area and urban water body area,the guidance scheme of non-point source pollution control technology is made respectively.
