Tungsten minerals that have been found in nature are more than 20 species,but with the economic value of mining is only wolframite and scheelite.Tungsten is the advantage of mineral resources in China,Chinese tungsten ore reserves in the world,as 3 times more than 30 foreign countries? ore reserves,the total reserves of the schee--lite is of tungsten resources 70%.China's reserves of scheelite is large,but low grade refractory ore accounted for a considerable proportion.Therefore,the flotation of low grade scheelite is the focus of current research.Which is a breakthrough technology for low grade scheelite collector.Now the widespread use of scheelite collector is fatty acid collector as 731,733,this kind of collector has poor selectivity and low temperature collecting ability.Now the hydroxamic acid collector as a new type of scheelite collector is a hotspot of research.Hydroxamic acid collector is a kind of chelating agent with high selectivity for metal ions.Compared with the traditional fatty acid collector,it has the advantages of strong collecting ability,high recovery rate and strong selectivity.And collecting agent and all kinds of mixed ability strong,can mixed with fatty acid collectors had synergistic effect on the part of refractory low grade scheelite,can reduce the dosage,improve the effect of dressing index.The main research contents of this paper are capric acid sodium hydroxamic acid was synthesized and applied to the flotation test in Huangshi a low grade scheelite;using decanoic acid sodium hydroxamic acid,phosphonic acid sodium hydroxamic acid(Lab)mixed with the 731 was to explore the effect of roughing,and through the test results of single mineral flotation.Verify the roughing test the conclusions;then through the infrared spectrum,detection means Zeta-potential mechanism of collector collector collector on the collector and fatty acids to provide a theoretical basis for catching agent for collection of hydroxamic acid.The results are as follows:(1)according to the Huangshi a low grade tungsten ore by synthesized carpric acid hydroxamic acid as collector,the first copper sulfur mixed flotation,then scheelite roughing,low grade Scheelite Concentrate heating process finally selected scheelite beneficiation containing WO3 0.40%,can get to the 51.29% grade of tungsten,tungsten the rate of recovery is 77.28% index.The hydroxamic acid collector collector is a valuable scheelite.(2)In order to explore the experimental results with the traditional scheelite hydroxamic acid collector 731 oxidized paraffin soap compound,by comparison with the single use of 731 crude experimental results can be found that the compound after the capture of roughing index collectors and choose the better;phosphonic acid sodium hydroxamic acid and decanoic acid sodium hydroxamic acid good roughing flotation test was made on the single index of tungsten ore,can be found in the collector of the total at the same amount of compound collector recovery rate is higher than that of single use 731 as the collector of the tungsten recovery rate.Therefore,it is known that the hydroxamic acid collector and the 731 compound have a positive synergistic effect.(3)the feasibility of collecting agent in the study of mechanism of verification of hydroxamic acid collector for Scheelite Flotation of hydroxamic acid collector.The adsorption mechanism of each collector on the mineral surface was analyzed by Zetapotential and infrared spectrum?...
