There are a large number of parallel adjacent veins in a tungsten mine in southern Jiangxi Province.These veins are arranged densely,have similar occurrences,irregular spacing and high grade veins.However,due to their irregular distribution,the mining of these adjacent veins has a greater degree of problems.It is more difficult to design the production and mining of the mine,and can only be directed at the regional orebody conditions to be exploited.In addition,a rough and feasible mining scheme is designed according to similar large orebodies,which results in great loss and dilution,unsatisfactory recovery rate and waste of limited non-renewable resources.In this paper,the mining problem of adjacent veins in mines is optimized.The specific process and contents are as follows:(1)According to the actual situation of the mine,the comprehensive evaluation method combining AHP method and fuzzy mathematics is used to optimize the mining method for the adjacent veins of the mine.(2)Core samples are taken from mines and processed in laboratory according to the requirements of standard rock mechanics test specimens.Density measurement,Brazilian splitting test,shear test and uniaxial strength and pressure test are carried out to obtain rock-related mechanical parameters.Then rock mechanics parameters are processed in engineering to obtain corresponding rock mechanics parameters.(3)Using FLAC3 D numerical simulation software,aiming at the safety and stability of mining,modeling and excavation simulation analysis.Through the simulation analysis results,the distribution of plastic zone is checked,and the acceptable range of mining room and the safe distance between adjacent rooms are determined.(4)Select an adjacent veid-bearing area in the middle section,where the veins are adjacent parallel veins.Aiming at the selected area,combined with the previous research results,the mining of adjacent veins in this area is optimized and analyzed.Calculate the grade of the ore under the optimum mining plan and verify whether it meets the economic requirements.
