With the constant increase of the mankind demanding the mineral products, the mineral resource becomes fewer and fewer. How to carry on the development and utilization of mineral products resources rationally, high-efficiently, frugally, safely and reduce losses of resource and dilution of ore and enhance quality of ore is the question of the mineral resources developer caring about.Filling mining technology has made a breakthrough in our mining mineral deposit of high value with high ore recovery and low dilution and appeared no-trolley mechanized to filling method of stabilized tailing (upward bed and downward pathway), dot-post filling method, subsection filling method, large aperture open stope (mining) method and filling empty with stabilized tailing filling(block stabilized) and so on. Meanwhile, the computer applied to research filling body and mechanics function mechanism provides the basis for the design and production.The magnify of tennel face in downward tennel Stabilized tailing Filling method is the problem of metal mine in our country and infects the output of mine. At present, this problem is still discussed. Wushan copper is rebuilding the technique of 5000t/d throughout for the existing throughout can't satisfy the design require. One of the most reasons is the downward tennel Stabilized tailing Filling method in being is the complex technics, the small pick breadth and the low efficiency. Base the design of China Nonferrous Engineering and Research institute, the throughout obtains 3000t/d in downward tennel Stabilized tailing Filling method commending adopt big break face. Realize the safety exploitation below the Stabilized tailing body after expand the tennel and obtaining the better technical economic effect is a problem to solve urgently.The paper combines the practice stope in south mine -210m, to carry on the examination research to the physics mechanics characteristic of the Stabilized tailing in lab, and the displacement test about the filling body to make sure the singking characteristic from the mechanics characteristic of the Stabilized tailing Filling; Finally, by the FLAC-3D carry through the numerical simulation to different stope structure parameter, obtain the best data, offer the gist for the mining design and production.
