Objective:The terbium nano-organic matrix flaky nano-polymer?Tb-CP?with different nucleotides as ligands was constructed to reveal the action of FQs and Tb-CP in different structures, and the mechanism of action between them was elucidated.A rapid fluorescence detection method based on Tb-CP was developed to detect fluoroquinolone antibiotics in milk samples.A decentralized solid phase extraction method with Tb-CP as a high-efficiency adsorbent was established for the enrichment and extraction of fluoroquinolone antibiotics in food. The actual samples were tested.Method:?1?The Tb-CP with different nucleotides as ligands was synthesized and optimized. The infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy parameters and fluorescence spectra were studied to investigate the action and reaction mechanism of Tb-CP and FQs.?2?Based on the previous research, establish a dispersive solid phase extraction system, and a rapid fluorescence detection system based on Tb-CP,the type of nucleotide ligand, the amount of UMP/Tb,the pH of the sample solution, the elution solvent and the type and eluent volume are optimized to determine the detection limit, linear range, regression equation, linear correlation coefficient and other parameters of the method.?3?The rapid detection method of fluorescence was applied to the detection total fluoroquinolone residues in actual milk samples.Using decentralized solid phase extraction to extract fluoroquinolone of milk, environmental water and celery. The intraday and interday spike recovery rates of the samples were calculated.Result:?1?The coordination of FQs with Tb-CP is related to the electron pull and electron donating groups and steric hindrance effects of the fluoroquinolone structure itself.?2?The fluorescence of AMP/Tb in Tb-CP-based rapid detection system was excited by FQs.Under the optimal conditions, the system was successfully applied to the detection of total FQs in milk. The detection limit was 4×10-8 mol/L.The intraday recovery rate of milk samples ranged from 97.9%to 108.24%,and the interday recovery rate of milk samples ranged from 94.41%to 103.84%.This method exhibits the advantages of simplicity and convenience compared to other methods.?3?UMP/Tb reacts with FQs in a dispersed solid phase extraction method using Tb-CP as a high-efficiency adsorbent.Under the optimal conditions, the system was successfully applied to the extraction of four FQs in food samples. The detection limit of environmental water was in the range of 0.0050.035ng/mL,and the detection limit of milk was in the range of 0.050.56ng/mL.The RSD of the intraday is2.34.6%,and the RSD of the interday is 3.97.7%.Conclusion:Tb-CP was involved in the dispersive solid phase extraction method and rapid fluorescence detection method.Reveal the role of Tb-CP in various systems.A new extraction method and a rapid fluorescence detection platform were constructed. The corresponding method parameters were obtained, and the FQs were successfully extracted from the food and the total amount of FQs in the actual food samples was detected.
