Study On The Operation Mode Of Ru Porcelain Town

The characteristic town is an innovative and entrepreneurial platform that integrates characteristic industries,production and living ecological space on several square kilometres of land,and is different from administrative towns and industrial parks.The town of Ru porcelain is located in Ruzhou City,Henan Province.The well-known honour of the Ru porcelain over the world is the highest amongst the three treasures of Ruzhou.The Ru Kiln is ranked as the first Kilns amongst the "Five Famous Kilns",including the Ru Kiln,Guan Kiln,Ge Kiln,Ding Kiln and Jun Kiln.In the mysterious land of Mangchuan Town in Ruzhou,there are hundreds of ancient kiln sites are distributed on both sides of the Mangchuan River.It has witnessed the evolution of the craftsmanship of the great country for thousands of years,which made Mangchuan town has evolved as the Porcelain town.The Chinese town of Ru porcelain is a 5A-class waterfront cultural tourism town with the culture of Ru porcelain as its soul,integrating cultural inheritance,art exchange,collection appreciation,tourism and recreation.This paper takes Chinese town of Ru porcelain as an empirical research object and studies its operational mode from the perspective of strategic management.Through research,it aims to clarify the future development goals and directions of the Chinese town of Ru porcelain,which can provide inspiration and reference for the construction and integration development of Chinese Characteristics Town.The structure of this paper is: The first part is theoretical research,mainly including the first chapter introduction;The second chapter is the comparative study of the operation modes of domestic and foreign characteristic towns,from the empirical perspectives,mainly summarizing the relevant research results from domestically and overseas.The second part is the empirical research,which mainly includes the third chapter,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter.The third chapter analyzes the development and construction status of the Ru porcelain town;The fourth chapter is the design of the operation mode of the Ru porcelain town;The fifth chapter is the implementation of countermeasures and suggestions for the operation mode of the Ru porcelain town;It mainly explained the six aspects of how the Ru porcelain towns can be successfully managed in the later operations,which includes the establishment and improvement of the top-level system design of industrial integration;capital operation;strengthening and highlighting the management characteristics of the town;extending the residence,tourism and cultural industry chain;innovative marketing and promotion of Ru porcelain town;introduction and training of talents.The third part is the conclusion and enlightenment.It mainly clarifies the enlightenment of the operation mode of the Ru porcelain town to the future economic and social development of the whole town and city and the problems that need to be further explored.The main conclusions of this paper through analysis and research are: mode of the Ru porcelain town will adopt the government-led,enterprise-led,Ru porcelain culture as the core and the tourist-oriented market.It is vital to fully explore the various industries and services of the town’s industry,culture,tourism and residence,which to ensure the profit in the later operation.Therefore,it can balance the capital investment during the early constructional phase of the Ru porcelain town,which can ultimately promote the economy of Ruzhou and provide reference and demonstration for the development of Chinese characteristics towns.
