Research On Customized Furniture Closing Technology

In order to satisfy more consumers' pursuit of individualization,customized furniture adapted to consumers' individualized needs and the indoor space environment of buildings has developed rapidly in recent years.However,in the installation process of customized furniture,it is difficult to coordinate the furniture with the space,which needs to be solved by the method of closing.However,the existing methods generally have some problems,such as poor timeliness,high dependence on skilled workers,inability to achieve on-site adjustment,low installation quality and low batch level.It is an important guarantee to ensure the final quality of customized furniture to complete the installation conveniently and quickly by using a reasonable closing method.By sorting out the relevant literature of custom furniture closure design at home and abroad,the current situation and trend of the subject research are understood.By summarizing the layout forms of residential units and the situation of custom furniture closure,the customized furniture is classified according to the different spatial characteristics and the different environment.The whole kitchen and toilet closing parts and various closing methods were analyzed and elaborated.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various methods,the fast-loading rear water retaining structure and the adsorbable foot structure are designed.The common layout forms of the whole wardrobe and the closing methods of the ceiling,wall and floor are introduced.Through comparison,the L-type side sealing structure and embedded closing structure are designed,the limitations of traditional closing methods for whole wood products are pointed out,the component-based closing method is put forward,and the closing components of angle,flat joint and dislocation are designed.Thus the standardized production of the receptacles is realized,and the adjustable degree is improved.It improves the installation quality of customized furniture products and the standardization degree of products.It also achieves the decorative effect of beautifying the details of products and reduces the dependence on technicians.
