Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials is a kind of novel composite crystal formed by self-assembly of organic and inorganic parts.Taking inorganic components as a template,it forms monocrystalline samples alternately stacked by organic portion and inorganic portion,in which the organic cation and inorganic layer connect together through hydrogen bonds.This hybrid material combines the advantages of organic and inorganic components,both organic molecules offer the hybrids with structural diversity,mechanical plasticity,large polarizability,and thermally stable,semiconducting,and magnetic and dielectric properties provided by inorganic components.In recent years,Through the unremitting efforts of scientists,organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites have been greatly developed and applied in various fields.In this thesis,4-?aminomethyl?piperidine,4-amino-1-methylpiperidine and phenylethylenediamine are used as organic components,which are protonated with acid as precursor material and then synthesized with different metal halides.Six kinds of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite crystal materials are:[C6H16N2]SbI5?1?[C6H16N2]SbI5?2?[C6H16N2]PbI4?3?[C6H16N2]2SnCl8?4?[C8H14N2]4Pb3I14?5?[C8H14N2]3Cd2Cl10·3H2O?6?The prepared compound was characterized by single crystal structure by X-ray single crystal diffraction method.Compound 1 crystallizes in orthogonal Pca2?1?space group.Compound 2,3,5 and 6 are in monoclinic,the first three compound are P2?1?/c space groups,but 6 is Pc space group.4 is in triclinic P1 space group.The inorganic moieties of compounds 1 and 2 both form a 1D zigzag inorganic chain through the[SbI6]octahedral co-angle,and the organic cations connect the two inorganic chains with N-H···I hydrogen bonds.The inorganic portions of compound 3is a single layer 2D structure formed by the[PbI6]octahedral co-angle,and the organic cation is between the adjacent two inorganic layers.The inorganic parts of compound 4 is a separate single[SnCl6]octahedron which forms an 0D crystal structure with the organic machine cation and free Cl-.The crystal structures formed by the compounds 5 and 6 are 2D and 1D,respectively,and their inorganic moieties are connected in a different manner,but the organic cations form two organic layers between the inorganic layers.Furthermore,compounds 1-6 have been characterized via elemental analysis,X-ray powder diffraction,TG,FT-IR,ultraviolet absorption and second-order nonlinearity.The test results showed that compounds 4 and 6 were potential nonlinear optical materials.
