The photoelectric response of a reversible phase transition material can be adjusted by the external conditions such as heat,pressure or light.Due to its potential applications in the field of electronics,optical equipment,and thermal energy storage,it has aroused great interest.So far,there are many leading-edge literature reports in the fields of organic-inorganic hybrid phase transition materials,and ferroelectric materials in particular have broad application prospects.Based on previous theories,we also designed and synthesized a series of phase transition crystals and studied the properties of these compounds.In the first part of the dissertation,a novel molecule of azobipyridine was designed and synthesized whose organic-inorganic hybrid crystals with the anion of ZnCl42-,BiI52-,Sb2C142-,ZnBr42-and SnCl62-were obtained,and their crystal structure,PXRD and solid UV were Measured as well.The point group of[abmpyH2]BiI5,[abmpyH2]SbCl4,[abmpyH2]ZnBr4 and[abmpyH2]SnC16·H2O crystals are centrosymmetric point groups.But the[abmpyH2]ZnCl4 is a chiral space group.The enantiomeric structure of[abmpyH2]ZnCl4 is confirmed by single crystal X-rays.The CD spectrum of the enantiomers also show the positive and negative cotton effect.In addition,the SHG effect was also observed.In the second part of the dissertation,three quinuclidine derivatives-4-(chloromethyl)quinuclidine,4-methylquinuclidine-3-one and(chloro-3-ne,and 4-methylquinuclidine were designed and synthesized.A series of new complexes were formed by reaction with inorganic acids:[C8Hi5ClN][ReO4](1),[C8H15ClN][ClO4](2),[C8H15ClN][BF4](3),[C8H14NO][BF4](4),[C8H14NO][ClO4](5),[C8Hi6N][ClO4](6),[C8Hi6N][ReO4](7).The results of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)showed that these compounds all showed reversible phase transitions.The dielectric test results showed that the compounds 1,45 6,and 7 had dielectric anomalies,which were consistent with the DSC results.In the third part of the thesis,a novel compound 1-azabicyclo[3.2.2]nonane was designed and synthesized which was reacted with perrhenic acid and perchloric acid to obtain two new types of complexes with molecular formulas[C8Hi6N][ReO4](8),[C8Hi6N][ClO4](9).DSC and dielectric tests were performed on these two substances.The results show that both two compounds undergo reversible phase transition at higher temperatures than the inorganic ferroelectric BaTiO3(393 K).The dielectric test results showed that both compounds have dielectric anomalies,and the dielectric results were consistent with the DSC test results.
