Research And Application Of Fabric Defect Detection Method Based On LTP And GLCM

For small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of bags made of fabric defects detection is still using artificial way,the low detection efficiency,high cost,labor intensity,meet the demands of the enterprise dedicated to the study in this paper a kind of fabric defect detection method based on machine vision method,established the model of fabric defect detection based on LTP + GLCM,was proposed based on LTP + GLCM feature extraction method and the flaw detection method,proposed in view of the luggage area small and medium-sized enterprises need to fabric defect detection method has been tested on real data,to the degree to which can be useful.The main research content and features of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on LBP,LTP and GLCM,a new feature extraction method combining LTP and GLCM features was proposed to extract fabric texture features and detect fabric defects based on these features.This method can effectively and quickly extract the texture features of cloth,and can effectively distinguish the extracted features between the defective texture and the normal texture.(2)Based on LTP + GLCM fabric image flaw detection model,the corresponding algorithm design,including the image preprocessing methods,LTP(LBP)figure construction algorithm,based on LTP(LBP)figure characteristics of the mode conversion and chunking algorithm,GLCM feature extraction algorithm based on block,and to test samples of fabric image similarity matching and flaw detection algorithm,etc.(3)A comprehensive comparative test and result analysis are carried out for the proposed fabric detection method,including testing and result analysis under different fabric image samples,different fabric image resolution,different fabric image size,different number of defects and other scenarios.In addition,the proposed method is tested under different block sizes and different schema levels.The validity and stability of the proposed method are verified by these tests.(4)Based on the fabric defect detection method proposed in this paper,a demonstration system for verification is designed and implemented,including the demand analysis,outline design,detailed design and coding implementation of the system.The demonstration system is designed and implemented to further verify the applicability of the proposed method.At last,the paper gives the main work of this paper,the existing problems and the future research direction.
