Mine gas has always been a problem affecting the safe and efficient production of coal mine,especially for coal mining technology with fully mechanized caving coal mining process,a large amount of gas emission from goaf lead directly to gas consistency increase and overrun in the upper corner and return roadway,that not only affects the coal mine normal production,and even lead to serious accidents.A large number of field practice and experimental theory proved that,application of high level suction roadway gas emission technique can solve gas concentration exceeding limits in the upper corner and return roadway by effectively,while the location of level suction roadway is the main factor to determine the effect of the pumping.So it is very important to study the arrangement position of high pulls crag lane.The 2601 working face in Zhangcun Coal Mine of Lu'an Group as the research object.The 2601 working face gas source and constitute were analysised.To forecast the gas emission quantity of the working face,and also analyze the necessity of the layout of the high pumping lane.According the failure law of overlying strata under mining influence,the empirical formula is selected to calculate the height of the fractured zone of the 2601 working face.The UDEC software is used to simulate the mining process of 2601 working face,and the stress and damage range of the overlying strata are analyzed.High Suction Tunnel through statistical application of mine roadway layers high pumping arrangement with a range of accounting fracture rate,determine a reasonable ratio range 2601 Face High Pumping Lane reasonable horizon according to the following conditions of hard roof Shanxi analogy method;According to the obtained fractured zone height range and high pumping rate Roadway reasonable horizon draws its arrangement vertical distance;this layer through the field of High Drilling bits rationality Drainage verification and optimization.
