At present,only a single effect of the inhibitor is the main of the problem in the prevention of spontaneous combustion of coal.A kind of material with oxygen consumption function is added to the inhibitor.This kind of material has the dual effect of resistance and oxygen consumption.This material is known as the iron based deoxidizing agent.In this paper,the experimental method is used.In the course of the experiment,we need to change the experimental temperature and the ratio of the composition of the iron based deoxidizing agent.The aim of the experiment is to obtain the relationship between oxygen consumption rate and oxygen concentration of iron based deoxidizing agent.The objective of the experiment is to obtain the law of oxygen consumption rate.In the course of the experiment,the iron based deoxidizing agent and inhibitor were added to the coal samples with different particle sizes.The result of the experiment is to obtain the resistance effect of the iron based deoxidizing agent in the coal samples with different particle sizes.The resistance of iron based deoxidizing agent was obtained by changing the experimental temperature.The model that is composed of an iron based deoxidizing inhibitor and a coal molecule is established and calculated in Guassian09 software.Experimental data show that the relationship between the oxygen consumption rate and the oxygen concentration of the iron based deoxidizing agent is unchanged even if the composition ratio of the iron based deoxidizing agent is changed.The fastest rate of oxygen consumption is Iron based deoxidizing agent with 0.6g of Diatomite and 0.15g of MgCl2,.The higher the temperature,the faster the rate of oxygen consumption.Changing the experimental temperature and the particle size of the coal sample,the trend of the increase of carbon monoxide in the container with the addition of the iron based deoxidizing agent was unchanged.The higher the temperature,the shorter the carbon monoxide concentration reaches the maximum value,and the larger the value.The smaller the particle size,the greater the carbon monoxide concentration.Guassian09 software calculated:Fe3+ with N,P,S side chain coal molecules to form complexes and stability,and antioxidant.
