In order to solve the problem of single inhibitory effect of traditional inorganic salt inhibitors to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal,an alkaline sugar as an oxygen-consuming component is added to the inhibitors to form deoxiding inhibitor solution formed by alkaline suger mixed inoriganic salt with a double effect of inhibition and oxygen consumption.The optimization of deoxiding inhibitor solution formed by alkaline suger mixed inoriganic salt for preventing spontaneous combustion of coal is studied through orthogonal experiment based on oxygen consumption time.Different types and mass of inorganic salt inhibitors is added to study the oxygen consumption rule of deoxiding inhibitor solution formed by alkaline suger mixed inoriganic salt with different ratios.The experimental temperature is changed to study the effect of temperature on the oxygen consumption effect of the deoxiding inhibitor solution formed by alkaline suger mixed inoriganic salt.Thermogravimetric experiments is conducted on coal sample without any reagent,coal sample added with inhibitor and coal sample added with deoxidizing inhibitor of different types and mass of inorganic salt using a STA-449C synchronous thermal analyzer of Germany NETZSCH under programmed temperature conditions.The inhibitory effect of deoxiding inhibitors formed by alkaline suger mixed inoriganic salt on coal spontaneous combustion is studied.The experimental results show that the oxygen consumption time of deoxidizing inhibitor added 0.17g of CaCl2 is shorttest.The oxygen consumption rate decreases with the increase in the mass of the inhibitors CaCl2 and MgCl2.In contrast,the oxygen consumption rate does not change obviously with the increase in the mass of the inhibitor NaCl.The oxygen consumption rate decreases with the decrease in the oxygen concentration in the experimental vessel.When the same amount of inorganic salts is used,the oxygen consumption rates of deoxidizing inhibitors added with three types of inorganic salts under the same oxygen concentration are in the following order:??CaCl2??29???NaCl??29???MgCl2?.The rate of change in the oxygen consumption rate of the deoxiding inhibitors is different with the addition of different types of inorganic salt.The rate of oxygen consumption of the deoxidizing inhibitor increases with the increase in the experimental temperature.Adding deoxidizing inhibitors of different types and mass of inorganic salts can increase the stability of coal,increase the difficulty of spontaneous combustion of coal oxidation,and reduce the severity of spontaneous combustion of coal.The deoxidizing inhibitor formed by alkaline sugar mixed inoriganic salt can increase the oxygen consumption effect on the basis of the single resisting effect of the conventional inhibitors,and have a better effect for coal spontaneous combustion prevention.The thesis has 16 pictures,14 tables and 66 references.
