In the process of mining underground,there is a large number of early stages formed for the mining activities underground space.The empty lanes in the coal seam normally do not affect the mining activities.However,when the coal is soft,and the roof rock is broken,as well as the mine pressure is large.The working face will produce a larger phenomenon of mine pressure.Under the influence of the pressure in front of the working face,the deformation of the surrounding rock is serious,which can cause large area of film and roof collapse.And even the high risk of empty lane is formed,which seriously affects the safe mining of the working face.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the safety of the working face and the fast crossing of the lane to take a certain amount of support to the lane in advance..Based on the actual production condition of the S8303 working face crossing gob of Yangmei No.l Mine as the research background,and based on the advance support pressure distribution law and above the basic roof roadway stability analysis model.This paper analyzes the superposition between the deformation and the breaking characteristics of the overlying strata and the space between the gaps.Through laboratory parameter measurement,theoretical calculation and field production experience,the scheme of filling the empty alley with high water material is put forward.Based on the theoretical value of support strength and the results of laboratory performance,the ratio of the filling water to the ratio of the high water materials is determined by 7:1.The FLAC3D numerical simulation was carried out on the mining process of the aerial space with high water content of 7:1.By comparing the untreated situation of the empty lane,the deformation of the wall and the surrounding rock in the front face of the working face is taken as a criterion,one is analyze the effect of the filling of the lane and the other is analysis of the overlapping effect of the empty lane in the mining process.It is concluded that the safety of the working face can be successfully passed and the theoretical analysis results can be verified under the 7:1.The design method of aerial filling is applied to the production site of S8303 working face in Yangmei No.l Mine.The YHY60(B)type hydraulic support resistance monitoring system is used to monitor and analyze the resistance change of the working face bracket and observe rib spalling of the coal wall.The results show that the working pressure of the working face in the mining process is not strong after the high water filling treatment,and the working face can pass through the empty roadway in front,and provide reference for similar work face.
