Roadway crossing point because of its large span, stress the complexity surrounding rock has always been underground roadway of the difficulties. Neimenggu Beilian Electric Energy Ltd. WSGD coal, mining face its first trough of the opening process, because of the need to contact Lane digging and temporary water storage, and trough cross the intersection of roof fall occurred during the construction accident, to the great difficulty supporting.This article discusses the system of roadway crossing point of the type of rock stress and failure mechanism of variation, and through numerical simulation, on-site research and other methods to find out WSGD coal mine roadway crossing point supporting the existence of the problem; also introduced the current commonly used in roadway crossing point of the supporting methods and their advantages and disadvantages, combined with WSGD the specific engineering geological conditions of coal mine proposed for the mine roadway crossing point of the support method; and theoretical analysis, field testing, experimental study and numerical simulation and other means. Combination of mesh-anchor supporting design methods suitable for WSGD coal mine roadway crossing point of the anchor mesh and cable supporting design. The final adoption of rock pressure observation, from the practical to validate the feasibility of this design.
