The exploration reserves of Tiexin mine are 120Mt.As the mining years increase and the annual output increases,the recoverable reserves decrease The current application of the remains of left coal pillar mining method to cause a lot of waste of resources,reduce the economic benefit of enterprise.Meanwhile,the left coal pillar mining leads to the extraction replaces of tension.Therefore,the research and application of non-pillar mining technology are of great significance to the Tiexin mine.The paper is based on transportation lane of 9218 working face to propose design of along the left lane.Through field investigation and collection of geological data,access to relevant literature,studied the laws and control of the surrounding rocks along the left lane of the 9218 working face in the Tiexin mine.By using the calculation method of gob roof reinforcement design,strong support roadway support design;comparative analysis of driftside body type,select the flexibleformwork concrete as driftside body combined with specific conditions of working face;ribside support building position put forward two kinds of design,the final choice in roadway support scheme to build a reasonable calculation;the support width according to support above the load and support capacity checking,determine the initial 0.8m and 1.0m two support width;Using FLAC3D numerical simulation method,the two kinds of flexibleformwork concrete support width under gob stress and deformation analysis,and ultimately determine the ribside support best supporting of 0.8m.Through the engineering application,optimize the construction technology of the flexible concrete,and evaluate the effect of the design of along the empty left lane from the economic and technical aspects.The design of the flexible concrete along the left empty lane in the 9218 working face is instructive to the promotion and implementation of the Tiexin mine along the empty left lane.This mean also provides the basis of theory and practice for the application of soft concrete along the empty left lane.
