Combined with theoretical calculations,numerical simulations and field test methods,based on the geological conditions of the hard roof in the thin coal seam of Liangshuijing Coal Mine,The stress distribution law and the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock and the key parameters of roof cutting and pressure releasing about gob-side entry retaining of 431301 working face are studied.In this paper,the control technology of gob-side entry retaining by roof cutting and pressure releasing under thin coal seam is proposed,and the selection of 431301 working face mining equipment are determined.The main research results are as follows:(1)By establishing the numerical calculation model of gob-side entry retaining,the evolution law of the surrounding rock of the roadway under different filling body width and water-cement ratio of high water material are analyzed.Finally,the reasonable support parameters of Gob-side Entry Retaining under Thin Coal Seam are determined.(2)Considering the mechanism of action and influencing factors of gob-side entry retaining by roof cutting and pressure releasing under strong roof in thin coal seam,the key parameters of roof cutting and pressure releasing are determined by theoretical calculation and field test.It mainly includes parameters such as blasthole elevation,depth,sealing length,spacing and charge structure.(3)According to the selection principle of the working face equipment,using theoretical calculations and numerical simulations,the hydraulic support,scraper conveyor and shearer models of 431301 working face were determined,and in order to improve the level of intelligence,intelligent control systems were installed on the hydraulic support,the scraper conveyor and the shearer respectively.There are 47 Figures,9 Tables and 81 references.
