Fuel cell is a hot topic in the field of new energy research.Its high efficiency and cleanliness meet people's requirements for future power sources.Its related research mainly focuses on the establishment of models and the control of subsystems.It is very important to improve the efficiency of fuel cell and extend its service life.At present,most of the domestic related research is still in the laboratory stage,especially the control side.There are still many problems to be solved urgently.The research object of this paper is proton exchange membrane fuel cell,which mainly includes intake system,thermal management system,water pipe system and energy management system.In addition,the reactor is the place where electrochemical reactions take place.The modeling of the output voltage of the reactor is the basis of system control.Based on the brief introduction of the development background,classification and basic structure of the fuel cell,the following are mainly carried out.Several aspects of research:(1)In terms of the output voltage of the stack,a semi-empirical mechanism model of the output voltage of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)is presented based on the mechanism of PEMFC,the thermodynamic and dynamic analysis of electrochemistry and the empirical formula.After analyzing the expression,some deformations are made to obtain the linearized equation containing the identification parameters.In order to fit the sample data adequately,the linear regression least square method is used to identify the unknown parameters.After analyzing the identification results,it is found that the model can fit the sample data well and has good generalization.(2)Intake system of proton exchange membrane fuel cell,including related auxiliary components.The flow channel,air compressor,pipeline gas,cooling,humidification and manifold are introduced.The auxiliary model of intake system is established.The relationship between the components of cathode and anode gas is analyzed.The transport model of cathode and anode gas at the manifold inlet and outlet is established,and the hydration model of proton exchange membrane is established.(3)For the intake system of fuel cell,the valve is selected as the control object and the calculation model is established.The fuzzy algorithm is introduced to determine the fuzzy set,membership function and fuzzy control rules.A fuzzy controller is designedto optimize the model.Simulink is used to simulate the proposed model and control algorithm.The simulation results are combined with theoretical analysis to verify the effectiveness of modeling and control optimization.
