Study On Spatial-Temporal Evolution And Influential Factors Of Coordination Between Regional Economic Development And Ecological Environment In Coastal Cities

The rapid development of the economy has provided an important material guarantee for China's rise and created remarkable achievements.However,after a considerable period of rapid growth,problems such as resource shortage and environmental deterioration have emerged,which have had a serious impact on China's harmonious social development and sustainable economic growth.It is urgent to change the mode of economic development.Under the constraints of resource elements and ecological environment,how to coordinate the coordinated development between ecological environment and economic society has become an urgent problem to be solved.Coastal zone undertakes the mission of leading national economy,and is also the region with the most serious contradictions and conflicts between economy and environment.It is necessary to take coastal zone region as a typical area to study its economic and environmental coordination status and influential factors,in order to provide decision support for exploring green economic development mode and promoting high-quality development of China's economy.City is the core of national and regional economic growth.Based on this,this paper takes 53 coastal cities as basic research units,and uses the methods of coupling coordination model,spatial correlation model and spatial econometric model to study the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and influential factors of the coordinated relationship between economic development and ecological environment in 2006-2016.The results show that(1)the coordinated development of economic development and ecological environment of coastal cities in China is generally in a good state,but the degree of coordination is not high,and it is still in the initial stage of coordinated development,or in the transitional stage of primary coordination.(2)There is a serious spatial imbalance in the development of coordination degree,and it is gradually expanding.According to the trend of coordination degree evolution,cities can be divided into three types: mild imbalance,moderate imbalance,mild imbalance and imbalance.The high value areas are mainly distributed in Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Tianjin,Shanghai and other central cities,as well as in Hangzhou,Qingdao,Dalian,Ningbo and Xiamen provincial capitals.Most cities are still in a state of imbalance or primary coordination.(3)The focus of coordination degree is located in Jinhua City,Zhejiang Province,and gradually moves to the southwest.Coordination degree has a strong positive correlation in space.The homogeneity types of high-value and highvalue agglomeration,low-value and low-value agglomeration are more than the heterogeneity types of high-value agglomeration,and the spatial agglomeration is stronger.(4)The influential factors of coordination degree are: industrial development level > development intensity > economic development level > consumption level > opening level > population density > level of Sewage treatment,in which population density plays a negative role.
