| The country needs to rely on a long history of culture,and the development of enterprises also needs to rely on the guidance of culture.Guided by the spirit of the party’s"Nineteenth National Congress" and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of speeches,it closely focuses on the overall development of the company,comprehensively sums up the development experience of enterprises in the past decades,especially in the past ten years,and highly summarizes the formation of the enterprise struggle.The core values and the spirit of the times,carefully refine the cultural connotation and essence of the development of the enterprise,actively adapt to the new changes and new requirements of enterprise development,build a cultural system and cultural communication system with corporate characteristics,constantly unify the ideological understanding,and unite the common Value,improve overall quality,optimize management environment,and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper takes Henan Provincial Management Enterprise GKZL Company as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the concept,characteristics and functions of corporate culture through the introduction and generalization of domestic and foreign corporate culture theory,which lays a theoretical cornerstone for this paper.At the same time,it is one of the powerful means to strengthen the cohesiveness and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise culture in line with the characteristics of the enterprise,and it is also one of the important guarantees for the strategic development of the enterprise.Secondly,it expounds the basic situation of GKZL company.From the four levels of the spiritual,institutional,material and behavioral layers of corporate culture,it is from the four categories of CKZL that are not cognizant enough,not scientific enough,not standardized,and single lag.The historical development and status quo of the company’s corporate culture construction are sorted out and summarized.The problems and causes of GKZL’s corporate culture construction are analyzed.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the corporate culture construction of GKZL,the basic principles and objectives of GKZL’s corporate culture construction are put forward.Based on the four levels of corporate culture,the paper proposes countermeasures in the construction of corporate culture from the four aspects of guiding establishment,perfecting innovation,knowing and doing,and combining form and spirit.To ensure the continued development of GKZL in the construction of corporate culture.Improve the core competitiveness of GKZL’s corporate culture. |
