The paper discusses the structure and the possibility of creating the control system of ignition of the pipeline with the use of the waveguide and microcontroller,to control the different fire-hazardous objects,including extended pipelines.The research's key role was played by the fact that today there are mostly no fire safety equipment for monitoring sections of extended pipelines located outside the pumping stations.Therefore,after careful analysis of existing structures,it was decided to choose an ultrasonic waveguide,made in the form of a flexible heat-resistant wire,as a sensitive element.The principle of operation of the detector is based on the application of the physical aspect of the standing wave phenomenon.After installation of the technical specification,an electrical structural and electrical functional diagram was created,and on their basis,an electrical principal diagram was designed for the control system of ignition of the pipeline.In the process of developing the system,various technological and design calculations were carried out.The selection of modern element base and the calculation of the printed circuit board of the device were carried out.The optimal case design was also chosen,and its overall dimensions were calculated.Since the microcontroller plays an important role in the system being developed,an algorithm has been created for its two modes of system operation — monitoring mode and alarm mode.Based on the algorithm,using the C programming language,was written program code for the microcontroller.It was checked for errors and successfully compiled.Based on the available information,a computer simulation of the control system of ignition of the pipeline was carried out.The correct operation of the system was confirmed,even in the case of changes in the parameters of the operation of some modules.The use of this system,in comparison with the existing ones,will allow saving considerable funds for installation and operation,and,most importantly,will bring the level of fire safety of various fire hazardous objects to a new level.
