Recently,the biomimetic nanopore/nanochannels have fascinating prospects based on the development of nanometer materials.Compared with biological channels,bioinspired nanochannel has controllability,superiority and stability in terms of shape and surface chemistry.So much attention has been paid on mimicking these properties and structures to build up biomimetic nanochannels.The main content of the dissertation are as follows:1.We reported a method of synthesizing of ZIF-8 crystals in AAO nanochannels.By studying the relation between the increasing of the ZIF-8 crystals size and the reducing of the transmembrane ionic current,we elucidated the evolution of ZIF-8 crystals growing in situ crystallization in AAO nanochannels.The size of the ZIF-8 crystals only depends on the diameter of the AAO nanochannels when the crystals growth time is enough.Accordingly,by controlling the diameter of the AAO nanochannels,we can finely tune the size of ZIF-8 crystals according to the different diameters of the AAO nanochannels.We expect the method can stimulate more ZIF materials synthesized in nanochannels in future studies and thus open up more efficient and economical ways to synthesize these materials.2.We studied the poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(NIPAM)by the atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP)method into AAO membrane.There are detailed explanation of the dominant reason including the Steric effect and Hydrophilic-Hydrophobic effect that influence transmembrane ionic current in modification process.(a)Modification 0-30 min is first part.PNIPAM gradually added and the crystals of micro-nano scale fill the pores,so the main influencing factor of the transmembrane ionic current is the effective nanochannels size.(b)About 30 min is an important node.The PNIPAM monomer already take up most of nanochannels,suggests that the two effects(Steric effect and Hydrophilic-Hydrophobic effect)are balanced against each other.(c)After modifying 30 min,NIPAM-modified AAO membrane was no change.So,the main factor affecting the ionic current of the nanochannels is Hydrophilic-Hydrophobic effect.The PNIPAM-modified AAO membrane also satisfies the permeability of the nanochannels to four model ions.It indicate that the modified membrane provide a general and convenient method for the migration behavior of hydrophilic and hydrophobic ions,which has potential application prospect.
