In this paper,e-51 epoxy acrylate resin was synthesized as prepolymer,and low shrinkage photosensitive resin was prepared.Ingredients include:prepolymer accounted 60%,IBOA 12%,HDDA 8%,ACMO 6%,PHEA 8%,photoinitiator 184 5%.Its tensile strength was56.52Mpa,bending strength was 85.26Mpa,elongation at break was6.93%,and impact strength was 6.52 J/m2.PG and GNSs were used to modify photosensitive resin.When the amount of GNSs added was 0.02%and 0.04%,the elongation at break of composite materials reached 9.8%and 11.3%,and the products tended to be tough.PG and GNSs with addition amount of 0.02%and 0.04%can significantly improve the conductivity of composite materials.GNSs can improve the thermal stability of composites better than PG when the amount of nanometer filler is 0.04%.The surface modification of nano Al2O3 by using MMA as modifier,The surface modified nano Al2O3 significantly improves the properties of composites compared with unmodified nano Al2O3.The gel rate of the surface modified nano Al2O3 composite resin with the addition amount of0.2%was 96.3%,and the tensile strength of the surface modified nano Al2O3 composite resin with the addition amount of 0.3%was 137%than the pure resin.With the increase of Al2O3 content,the thermal stability of surface modified nanometer increases.
