Steamed bricks are a kind of wall material that is very common in the building materials industry.It is used in a large amount and has a wide range of uses.It requires a lot of human resources in both production and transportation.Brick holding machines are commonly used in these finished brick manufacturing plants and construction sites,saving a lot of human resources.The performance of the brick holding machine directly affects the quality of the finished brick,and also determines the quality of the good or bad.The research object of this paper is Brick holding machine.In order to improve the working efficiency of Brick holding machine,reduce the incidence of failure and improve productivity,this paper explores the key technologies of Brick holding machine.In this process,using the ADAMS and PCA-BP neural network to clamp the clamping force of the Brick holding machine and the hydraulic system simulation method,the clamping force of the appropriate size and a hydraulic system suitable for the Brick holding machine are obtained.This article has mainly done the following research:(1)Introduce the important components and structure of the brick-carrying machine,and use a three-dimensional software Solid Works to model a brick-carrying machine;(2)Calculate the clamping force required for the static clamping of the brick clamping system.The 3D model is imported into the ADAMS software to analyze the force changes of the dynamic brick and the clamping force changes provided by the hydraulic clamping system;(3)Design and key component selection of the hydraulic circuit of the brick-clamping system;(4)Using AMESim software to model and simulate the hydraulic system of the brick-carrying machine,combined with the intelligent algorithm of PCA-BP neural network to carry out intelligent fault diagnosis of the hydraulic clamping system,and verify its feasibility.
