Vibrio parahaemolyticus is an important foodborne pathogenic bacteria. If food contaminated by Vibrio parahaemolyticus may cause bowel spasms, diarrhea, vomiting and other symptoms, and severe patients may also be dehydrated, shock, coma,or even death. It is reported that Vibrio parahaemolyticus in food poisoning is mainly related to aquatic food and marine food such as fish, decapod and shellfish.Aquatic food and marine food as the carrier of Vibrio parahaemolyticus do harm to health and safety of the public eating food contaminated by Vibrio parahaemolyticus. In order to ensure the health and safety of consumers, various aquatic food sold in Lin'an's market was investigated and the risk of the contamination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was evaluated in this essay. The purpose is to provide reasonable dietetic guidance for consumers, meanwhile the purpose is to prevent and control foodborne diseases as well as provide a basis of rules setting for the supervision department.(1)In this paper,19 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated from a total of 205 samples of fish, shrimp, crab, shellfish and cephalopods. The detection rate was 9.3%.9 strains were detected from fish,6 strains were found in shellfish,2 strains were found in shrimp and cephalopods, and no strain was detected in crab.Five kinds samples were collected from the farmers market, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and collective canteens.Samples exception of crab were all subject to Vibrio parahaemolyticus contamination. There is a risk of causing food poisoning.(2)The virulence genes and serum types of 19 strains isolated from samples were studied respectively. The tdh gene carrying rate was 21.05 %(4/19)and the trh carrying rate was5.26 %(1/19)of 19 strains with Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from aquatic food and marine food. After serological identification,19 strains belongs to 8 kinds of different O antigen groups and K antigen groups, which mostly were O1,O5,O11 and K6,K60,K36.There are 12 total O: K serotypes, and O1: K36(3/19)and O11: K6(3/19)as the most part in overall.(3)In this paper,19 strains Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from aquatic products were highly resistant to ampicillin(AMP),and resistant capability up to 100%.19 strains Vibrio parahaemolyticus were completely and sensitively resistant to 3 kinds of antibiotics including amikacin, cefotaxime and norfloxacin.Multiple drug resistance of 19 strains were not obvious, moreover only 2 strains were resistant to over 2 kinds antibiotics among 19 strains.(4)The DNA fragments of the 19 strains isolated from samples were well separated and assembled. The DNA fragments of the strains could be divided into stripes ranging from 15 to 25,and could be divided into 16 different types of stripes, which with similarities between 56.5 % and100 %.SP07,SP08 and SP10,SP11,and SP12 are exactly same Among the stripes. The DNAstripes of other target strains were quite different.
