Steel balers are used in special machinery for packaging finished steel in steel production workshops.The general steel baler has deep research and mature manufacturing technology.In the H-beam workshop,the general-purpose steel baler is used to bundle and package the H-shaped steel shovel.However,in the actual use and effect,there are some defects and deficiencies,which are prone to occur.The corners of the steel are in contact with the baling material,or the baling material is sheared by the steel,causing divergence and other adverse conditions,resulting in economic losses.If it is changed to multi-pass baling,the baling operation will be inefficient and will not meet the production rhythm requirements.In a workshop of Ma An Shan Iron and Steel,after replacing the artificially bundled steel shackles with 3mm thick steel strips,the steel package has a good effect.In this context,the key technology of the bending process of thick steel strip in H-beam skein packaging is the research object,and a steel belt bending device suitable for H-beam thick steel belt packaging and bundling operation is designed.The specific research content includes the following aspects:(1)Analyze the shortcomings of the general steel baler and the manual flow and characteristics of the manual bundling on the shop floor.Summarize the damage factors in the steel bale packaging,and study the key technology of the bending process of the steel strip bending device of the baler.In the steel belt and the steel sill close fitting problem,a method of bending the steel strip bending process is creatively designed to ensure the bending process quality of the bundled steel strip.(2)Design the overall scheme of the H-beam baler,the main content is the design of the key device steel belt bending device,design the mechanism diagram of the steel belt bending device,establish the three-dimensional model of the device,and carry out the bending device for the baler steel belt The flexible design ensures the adaptability of the baling operation.(3)Based on the ADAMS software,the motion characteristics of the key steel strip bending joints in the steel belt bending device are analyzed to verify the feasibility of the model.The fixing force of the bending fixture in the steel belt bending device is simulated as the target,and the fixing force of the fixture is obtained.The clamping structure point parameters are optimized,and the clamping force meets the bending process requirements to ensure that the steel belt bending fixture meets the design requirements.(5)The ANSYS software was used to simulate the loading of the shaft and the steel belt fixture,and the stress cloud and displacement cloud map of the model were obtained.Then the first 6 modes of the circular frame were analyzed,and the first 6 modes and vibration frequency were obtained.Reliability.
