In the food and pharmaceutical industries,illegal producers use their low-cost,even toxic and harmful raw materials in the production of raw materials for food and medicine in order to maximize profits.These lead to food safety,drug safety and efficacy are not guaranteed.However,we can't identify these adulterated foods and medicines only from the appearance.We need to use certain instruments and methods to monitor and manage the quality of foods and medicines.At present,traditional food and drug detection methods at home and abroad mainly include gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,high performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,etc.These methods have many advantages,such as high sensitivity.The detection limit is low,but these methods also have some shortcomings,such as long detection time and cumbersome pre-processing methods.The use of infrared spectroscopy for the analysis of foods and drugs,without the separation and extraction of these cumbersome steps,does not cause damage to the sample,can quickly obtain the analysis results,efficiently identify adulterated samples,and greatly improve the detection efficiency.This paper mainly studies the adulteration problem in food and medicine.It uses infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics model to analyze and study food and medicine,in order to find a simple,fast and environmentally friendly food and drug quality testing method.Provide a reference for the quality supervision of food and medicine in China.The specific research results are as follows:1.Collect infrared spectrum data of different batches of Baizi Yangxin Pills and Niuhuang Jiedu Pills from different manufacturers,and compare and compare the effects of standard normal transformation,smoothing,derivative,multi-scattering correction and other spectral pretreatment methods,and then use the principal components.Analysis(PCA),non-negative matrix factorization(NMF)and other methods for pattern recognition analysis of pre-processed spectral data.The results show that the rapid prevalence of the two drugs can be achieved by using the derivative pretreatment method combined with the principal component analysis method.2.Collect infrared spectrum data of normal children's milk powder,melamine and adulterated milk powder mixed with different proportions of melamine,and compare and compare the effects of normalization,data normalization,smoothing,derivative and other pretreatment methods,and then use stoichiometry The K-Means,principal component analysis(PCA)and non-negative matrix factorization(NMF)methods are used to judge and analyze the pre-processed spectral data.The results show that the normalized,first derivative,second derivative pretreatment method combined with principal component analysis method can quickly identify conventional milk powder and adulterated milk powder.3.In summary,the infrared model combined with chemometrics has achieved good results in the analysis and research of food and drug adulteration,and can provide an effective means for the quality supervision of food and medicine in China.
