Titanium and its alloys have become indispensable materials for the aerospace industry d ue to their high specific strength,low density,high corrosion resistance,high resistance to hig h temperature and low temperature performance.However,at room temperature,due to the hi gh strength,low modulus of elasticity and low elongation of titanium alloy,it is difficult to for m,especially the change of force under complicated conditions has great influence on the for ming property and forming quality of titanium alloy sheet.This paper is based on uniaxial ten sile test and biaxial tensile test.The forming properties of TA1 sheet with good plasticity were studied,and the yield strength,tensile strength,elongation and anisotropy index of TA1 sheet under different stress conditions were determined.Firstly,the uniaxial tensile test was carried out by different loading speeds.Tests at different tensile speeds by uniaxially tensile specimens at 0°,45°,and 90° to the rolling direction,the engineering stress-strain curves of TA1 sheets under different loading speeds and anisotropy conditions were obtained.And the influence of anisotropy on elongation,yield strength and tensile strength were obtained.Secondly,the deformation law of TA1 sheet under biaxial tension state was analyzed by biaxial tensile test,the engineering stress-strain curves of TA1 sheet biaxial tensile specimens under different rolling directions and loading speeds were obtained.And the result of biaxial tension test was compared with the uniaxial tensile test.Finally,the biaxial tensile test was carried out by different loading speeds in the two directions of the test piece.The influence of loading speed on the tensile properties of TA1 sheet was analyzed,and the loading mode which can effectively inhibit the anisotropy of TA1 sheet was obtained.
