Analysis Of Enterprise Risks In Fluorine Chemical Industry And Research On Environment Liability Insurance

With the rapid development of fluorine chemical industry,China has made distinguished international achievements.At present,fluorine chemical industry has become an important part of China's emerging strategic industry.But in the same time,Environment accident occurs frequently,which makes the enterprises under great economic pressure,as well as produces great negative impact on the society.The production of environment liability insurance is an important instrument for the enterprises to reduce losses caused by environmental risks.Due to the unreasonable pricing of environment liability insurance premium rate and the narrow scope of cover,enterprises don't actively cover the insurance,which results in the stagnation of environment liability insurance.From the production features of fluorine chemical industry,this thesis identifies and analyzes the risks of enterprises from five aspects including hazardous substance,manufacturing technique,equipment and facilities,safety management and surroundings.This thesis then establishes the index of environment risk assessment system of fluorine chemical industry to evaluate the risk of the enterprises,and determines comprehensive value-at-risk,using comprehensive environment index method and combination weighting method.The risk rank of the enterprises is evaluated in this way.This thesis researches environmental liability insurance according to the evaluation results.In the last part,this thesis studies a selected example,prices a reasonable insurance premium based on enterprise risks,and calculates premiums for environmental liability insurance,providing the theory basis for development of environmental liability insurance.
