In the process of coal mining,it is inevitable to produce a large amount of gushing water,underground water bunkers are used to store gushing water.Because the water is quite rich in mine,regular dredging of the silo is requied.At present,the traditional manual excavation method is still adopted.However,with the improvement of coal mine economic situation and safety production consciousness,mechanized clearance becomes a new trend.This article based on the actual production needs,combined with green design concept and TRIZ theory,a continuous and automatic cleaning equipment for coal slime in water bunker is designed,it mainly includes track setting spiral aggregate conveying device,pumping device,electric control system hydraulic system and so on.First of all,the physical properties of coal slime and the principle of screw convegor are studied,we obtain the relationship between the rotation speed of helical blade inclination shaft and conveying speed of material.It provides a theoretical reference for the structure design and simulation analysis of silt clearing machine.We choose the type selection design of crawler walking device and helical aggvegate conveying device of silt cleaning machine,including the determination of the type of the walking chassis,the selection of the four-wheeled belt was carried out.We calculated the working parameters of the desilting machine and obtained the overall layout of the desilting machine.After that,by means of modern design method optimized screw convegor.The objective function of this paper is to reduce the mass of helical body and increase the quantity of convegor.The design variables are helical blade diameter,blade pitch,helical shaft diameter and helical shaft rotational speed.The constrain conditions are stiffness,rotation speed,power,torsion strength and boundary.Genetic algorithm toolbox in MATLAB software.After 130 generations of genetic variation,the optimized results are obtained,mechanical analysis of optimized spiral shaft,the stress has reached the stress requirement the deformation is within a reasonable range,verify that structural design and optimal design are reasonable.At last,Fluent software simulated and analysed the spiral conveyer.Three kinds of helical blade obliquity were taken out ??0°??=15°???30°,solve them numerically,Then the boundary conditions were set,and the k-? model was used for numerical calculation.The distribution of the velocity of the flow field in the screw conveyor was obtained,We obtained the velocity distribution of the flow field In the helical convegor and analysed the influence of different inclination angles on the flow field.
