Spline sleeve parts are widely used in various mechanical equipment.High efficiency and high precision plastic forming technology is an important development direction of manufacturing technology,which replace traditional cutting technology.Compared with other plastic forming processes,cold extrusion process has unique advantages in forming internal spline parts.However,the problems caused by excessive extrusion force in extrusion forming process,such as the overall deformation of blanks and severe wear of dies,have restricted its development in various industries.Based on the rigid-plastic finite element theory,the extrusion process of spline sleeve was simulated.What's more,by analyzing the metal flow and deformation law of blank during the forming process,the influencing factors of forming force in cold extrusion forming was known.The dissertation studied the relationship between the influencing factors and forming force in cold extrusion forming.Using the variable controlling method and changing the parameter values of each factor singly,the dissertation simulated the cold extrusion process in groups.Analyzed effect of various influencing factors on extrusion forming force,the optimum parameters of influencing factors in the range were obtained.The surface shape of the spline sleeve extrusion die was designed.By analyzing the simulation results of extrusion forming process of designed extrusion die,it was found that the extrusion forming force of extrusion designed surface die is obviously smaller than that of extrusion die without designed surface shape.Based on the non-local friction model,the tribological model between the spline extrusion die and the blank was established.Using the relationship between the friction coefficient and the relative velocity between the spline extrusion die and the blank,The dissertation studied the variation of the friction force between the spline extrusion die and the blank in the process of vibration forming.Based on the orthogonal test method of numerical simulation,the effect of vibration frequency,vibration amplitude and extrusion speed of extrusion die on the forming force of spline sleeve in various stages of extrusion forming process and law were analyzed,and their viariation rule was obtained.
