Environmental impact tracking evaluation is an important part of the planning process,and is a feedback on whether environmental impact assessment is effective.However,China is still in its infancy in the tracking and evaluation of environmental impact.Due to environmental policy standards and the expectations of the public,the impact of planning implementation on the environment and the shortcomings of the planning environmental assessment itself,planning environmental assessment faces a major test.Tracking evaluation has a series of problems due to imperfections in legislation and related systems.Carrying out environmental impact tracking and evaluation has important theoretical and practical significance for timely feedback on environmental issues.On the basis of expounding the purpose and significance of environmental impact tracking evaluation,this paper consults relevant literature,laws and regulations,analyzes its research results at home and abroad.and sorts out the theoretical basis,evaluation scope and evaluation method of environmental impact tracking evaluation.And developed an indicator system suitable for tracking evaluation.Then take Lanxi Ceramic Industrial Park as an example,conducts environmental impact tracking and evaluation from the aspects of overall planning.atmospheric,water,sound,soil and ecological environment quality,and puts forward suggestions for the main problems in the development of industrial parks.Finally,summarizes the research results,analyzes the shortcomings of the paper,and looks forward to the future development direction.The research results of this paper can support decision makers and related research.1.Based on the research situation and policies and regulations of domestic and foreign environmental impact tracking and evaluation,summarized the theoretical basis,scope of application and evaluation method of environmental impact tracking evaluation.And developed a corresponding indicator system.2.Monitoring the current situation of the atmospheric environment,water environment,acoustic environment and soil environment through environmental monitoring.Based on the single factor standard index method,the monitoring results of the atmospheric environment and water environment in the park were evaluated,and the current evaluation results were compared with the original environmental assessment results.The acoustic environment adopts the direct contrast method,which directly compares the measured values with the standard values to determine the current acoustic environment quality in the region,and compares the measured values of the acoustic environeent with the measured values of the original environmental assessment.3.Compare the results of environlental quality assessment in 2018 with the results of environmental quality assessment of the orisinal environmental assessment in 2011.From the perspective of atmospheric environmental quality.SO2 standard index rose by 0.42 from 0.324,NO2 standard index rose from 0.11 to 0.12,TSP standard index dropped from 0.34 to 0.26.The atmospheric environment has increased compared with the original planning period,but all meet the requirements of the secondary standard for ambient air quality.Analysis from the perspective of water environment quality,The COD standard index of the W1 section of the Xishui River is 1.105,W2 section COD standard index 1.65,permanganate concentration standard index 1.13?which exceeding the requirements of Class ? standards for surface water environmental quality.The pH,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus,sulfide,dissolved oxygen and hexavalent chromium content of each monitoring section meet the requirements of Class ? standards for surface water environmental quality.Compared with the original environmental assessment results of environmental impact assessment,the dissolved oxygen,permanganate and ammonia nitrogen standard indexes increased slightly but were not obvious;the sulfide and hexavalent chromium standard indexes were in a downward trend;the total phosphorus and COD standard indexes showed a large upward trend.From the perspective of acoustic environment quality,the nighttime noise value of monitoring point N5 is 52.4dB(A).which exceeds the nighttime standard value of 50dB(A).All other monitoring points meet the requirements of the corresponding standards of acoustic environmental quality standards.4.Suggestions and countermeasures for industrial park planning.The atmospheric environment of the park has increased compared with the planning period.In order to prevent further deterioration of air quality,the industrial park needs to complete central heating as soon as possible.The water environment of the industrial park has increased slightly compared with the plannina period.The sewage treatment plant and landfill plant in the park need to be built as soon as possible.The government environmental protection department needs to strengthen environmental protection infrastructure construction and ecological environmental protection;the park management department should strengthen supervision of enterprises to ensure that all pollutants meet the standards;enterprises need to increase pollutant control,reduce energy consumption and material consumption,and improve clean production levels.
