Bamboo plastic composite is a new type of green,ecological and environmental protection material,which takes bamboo and plastic as raw materials.In this paper,X-ray is used to detect the internal defects of bamboo-plastic composites without damaging the surface and physical structure.This paper provides a practical and feasible testing method for new material development and quality supervision.According to the regularity of X-ray absorption coefficient of bamboo-plastic composite and the characteristics of X-ray nondestructive testing,the correlation imaging law of X-ray point light source and parallel light source bamboo-plastic composite was obtained.By detecting the difference of ray attenuation in penetrating bamboo-plastic composites,the analog images are converted into digital images by nondestructive testing and receiving system to judge whether there are defects in the tested bamboo-plastic composites.In order to further study the defect image,in order to enhance the contrast of gray image and filter out the noise in the original information,the histogram processing and histogram equalization of the collected image are carried out.Regularization processing and spatial filtering and frequency The processing of domain filtering is convenient for further analysis and research on the internal defects of bamboo-plastic composites.The digital image of X-ray internal defect of bamboo-plastic composite was processed by using Matlab digital image processing software.The threshold segmentation of bamboo-plastic composite was carried out by OTSU maximum threshold method,and the differential operator:Sobel,Roberts,Prewitt,was used to detect the edge of bamboo-plastic composite.Log,Canny and other algorithms for image edge detection,through comparison,the traditional Canny operator detection results are relatively good;Using weighted average Fusion method and Gold for some original Images.The method of word tower fusion and the method of wavelet transform fusion are used to process the image.The experimental results display that the non-destructive testing of bamboo-plastic composites by X-rays is achievable,and the internal defect information of bamboo-plastic composites is clearly visible,which is convenient for human eye observation research.In practical application,this method has certain generalization,the principle is easy to understand,the operation is simple,and the result is considerable.
