Lingwu Long Jujube is a dominant characteristic jujube fruit in Ningxia.Its fruit is sweet,crisp,delicious and nutritious.It plays an important role in adjusting the structure of agricultural industry and increasing farmers' income.In the course of the development of the jujube industry,the lack of storage and fresh-keeping technology has led to a large area of corruption,deterioration and short shelf life,which seriously restricts the sales radius of the jujube.At the same time,due to the lack of quality control system from the origin to the dining table,consumers are unable to obtain information on the cultivation,storage,transportation and sales of the jujube,which seriously affects the health,sustainability and development of the Lingwu Long Jujube industry.Facing the deficiency of storage and fresh-keeping technology and whole quality traceability system during the development of Lingwu Long Jujube industry,this paper designed the controlled atmosphere storehouse of Lingwu Long J ujube,analysed the influence of environmental parameters on the quality change of Long Jujube during the process of controlled atmosphere storage,and constructed the RFID quality traceability system of Lingwu Long Jujube in order to provide industrial guidance for improving the added value of long jujube.The main research results are as follows:(1)Design of Small-scale controlled atmosphere fresh-preserved storehouse of Lingwu Long JujubeOn the basis of cold storage,the design of air controlled storehouse was to add gas detection equipment such as carbon dioxide concentration sensor,oxygen concentration sensor,nitrogen concentration sensor and ethylene concentration sensor,as well as carbon dioxide generator,oxygen removal machine,nitrogen generator,ethylene removal machine and other equipment to realize the regulation of temperature,humidity,carbon dioxide,oxygen,nitrogen and other parameters of the storage.The aluminium alloy for the selection of storehouse materials had strong tensile,compressive and flexural strength.The air tightness layer was selected with polyester resin and thermal insulation layer to select rigid polyurethane foam,which could meet the requirements of the design of the air controlled storehouse and the relevant industry standards.At the same time,temperature sensors ranging from-40 to 125? and humidity sensors ranging from 45%to 99%were selected to precisely control the ambient temperature and humidity of the storehouse.(2)Study on the Characteristics of Controlled Atmosphere Storage of Lingwu Long JujubeThe hardness,sugar content,juice acidity value and water content of Lingwu Long jujube during storage were determined under the conditions of 2%,3%,4%,5%oxygen concentration,97%,96%,95%,94%nitrogen concentration and 1%carbon dioxide concentration respectively.The effects of different gas ratios on the quality of Lingwu Long jujube were explored.Within the time of 84 days of storage,the results showed that under the optimal storage conditions of 4%oxygen,1%carbon dioxide and 95%nitrogen,the sensory score of Lingwu Long jujube decreased from 100 to 67,the hardness from 14.70 kg/cm2 to 11.82 kg/cm2,the moisture content from 78.33%to 70.91%,the sugar content rose from 22.4%to 24.5%,and the juice pH value from 4.30 to 5.15.(3)Construction of quality traceability system for RFID of Lingwu Long JujubeThe quality traceability system of Lingwu Long jujube based on RFID was designed.The system was divided into five subsystems:production and harvest quality traceability subsystem,.processing and packaging subsystem,storage process quality traceability subsystem,cold chain transportation quality traceability subsystem,terminal sales subsystem and quality supervision subsystem.Among them,the production and harvesting links used sensors,video information,detection of residues in agricultural products to trace the quality of the planting process;storage links extended the storage period of Lingwu Long jujube through grading screening,cleaning and sterilization,pressure differential pre-cooling,and controlled atmosphere storage;cold chain transportation links collected environmental temperature and humidity information,and also positioned the location of the transport vehicle in real time.Enterprises in terminal sales link uploaded quality information of long jujube,storage time and other information circulated to sales enterprises.The supervision and inquiry link was to supervise and inquire the whole process information of long jujube in the whole production and sales process.
