As the energy problem becomes more and more tense,the utilization of solar energy is constantly being developed and improved,so that solar energy can be widely used in the near future and can be used in daily life under the condition that it can meet the economic requirements.This paper developed a solar power generation coating.Similar to paint coating,photoanodes can be formed in one step to produce solar cells.In order to make this kind of"solar energy coating" can be applied on any building surface and on the exterior wall or inner wall of building,the preparation and research of conductive coating,quasi solid electrolyte and coated paper are combined in this paper.Eventually,it is assembled into a "wallpaper"solar cell,which can be used on the surface of a building.CdS/TiO2 powder was prepared by sol-gel method,and the mixed powder was suspended in the solvent of tert-butanol and water.X-ray diffraction(XRD),)scanning electron microscope(XRD),(SEM),UV-Vis spectrometer,solar simulator and digital source meter were used to investigate the performance of the coating.The results showed that 1 g CdS/TiO2 powder was mixed with 3ml tert-butanol/water(2:1 by volume)and heated to 40? for 30 min.The photoanode prepared by the obtained power generation coating has the best performance,with an optoelectronic conversion efficiency of 2.62%.The effects of the content of conductive filler,the content of polyurethane resin,the content of antioxidant oleic acid,the content of silane coupling agent and the content of ethyl acetate as matrix resin on the properties and appearance of conductive coatings were investigated.The best proportion:conductive filler(copper)60%,polyurethane resin 4.1%,silane coupling agent 5.1,ethyl acetate 13 g,antioxidant oleic acid 2.6%.When the milling time is 30min,the effect of conductive primer is the best.The physical and chemical properties of the conductive coatings were tested.The results showed that the coatings had good corrosion resistance and were at-18?150?.The range has good heat resistance,frost resistance.Based on the reference of coated paper,the conductive coating was sprayed on the coated base paper after solidification and then coated with quasi solid electrolyte,and then the function paper was formed by adding latex.The SEM analysis and physical properties of the paper were investigated.Finally,the ITO conductive glass is covered on the top of the paper,and the wall paper solar cell is formed by heat treatment at 120?.The photoelectric conversion rate was only 0.05%.Wallpaper solar cells assembled by solar power coatings,quasi-solid electrolytes and conductive coatings perform well,and will be widely used after further research in the future.
