Steel slag is the second largest solid waste discharged by the steel industry after blast furnace slag,accounting for about 1/8 to 1/5 of steel output.Due to the high content of f-CaO and f-MgO,the volume stability of steel slag is poor,and the high iron content,the utilization rate of steel slag and the added value of products are very low,far lower than that of blast furnace slag,Only about 10%?20%,Panzhihua is rich in vanadium titanium magnetite resources,including TiO2 reserves of 13×108t,Under the current technological conditions,high titanium type steel slag contains about 53% titanium in raw ore,The TiO2 content was 20%?26%,Over 60 million t has been stockpiled,and 3 million t is added every year.Even after quenching,more anhydrous perovskite?CaO·TiO2? was generated in the slag.The amount of CaO entering vitreous is less.the degree of polymerization of siloxane tetrahedron in vitreous body is high,and the hydration activity is low.As a result,high titanium slag can not be used as a cement mixture as common slag,so its application in cement is greatly restricted.In this paper,the converter slag provided by anshan iron and steel company and the titanium tailings provided by panzhihua iron and steel group metallurgical material company are used.The CaO-MgO-Al2O2-SiO2 microcrystalline glass with pyroxene and diopside as the raw material was prepared by melting and sintering according to the different proportion of ingredients.The experimental results show that when the amount of steel slag is less than 60%,it is difficult to form microcrystalline glass by melting method,and microcrystalline glass can be prepared by sintering method.When the amount of steel slag added is 65%,it can use the melting method to prepare microcrystalline glass with better performance.After the crystallization temperature is kept warm at 850? for 2 hours,a large number of spherical pyroxene and tremolite phases are generated in the sample.The grain size is about 50nm,distributed evenly.When the amount of steel slag is more than 70%,its crystallization performance decreases slightly,and the crystallization peak becomes slow.At the same time,the sample uniformity decreases,and the slag and bubbles increase significantly.When the steel slag is added by 40%,the microcrystalline glass prepared at 750?and 850? is prepared at 2 hours.The number of crystals is large,the distribution is uniform,the size is moderate,and the volume density and microhardness can reach 3.08g/cm3 and 840 MPa.The best performance.When the addition of titanium tailings slag is 35%?40%,the basic glass is melted well,showing the characteristics of glass.When the addition of titanium tailings is 25%,the mineral composition and microscopic structure of the microcrystalline glass sample prepared by the melting method are good.The crystals in the resulting microcrystalline glass are mainly pyroxene and turbosite phases,and the structure of the microcrystalline glass is the most dense.Can be crystallized as a whole,The nuclear temperature is 820? and 60 min,and the crystallization temperature is 1120? and 60 min.The results show that it is feasible to prepare microcrystalline glass by composite of steel slag and titanium tailings slag.After mass adjustment,the surface morphology of the basic glass with black brown at 1500? is melted at high temperature.
